At Zumba Wear, we want you to feel the music and move with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
